🔹 How long does it take to receive my order?

We craft each piece by hand, so it takes around 3–5 working days to prepare your order. Delivery time within Egypt is usually 2–3 working days depending on your location.

So in total, please expect 5–8 days from the time you order.

🔹 Do you deliver outside Egypt?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, we only deliver within Egypt.

🔹 What materials do you use?

We use high-quality 925 silver and 18K gold. You’ll always find the material listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, message us anytime.

🔹 Can I return or exchange an item?

Since each piece is handmade and often personalized, we unfortunately don’t accept returns or exchanges.

But if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it — we’ll do our best to help.

🔹 How do I care for my jewelry?

• Keep it away from water, perfumes, and lotions.

• Store in a dry place, ideally in the box we provide.

• For silver pieces, you can gently clean with a silver cloth to restore shine.

🔹 Can I see the design before it’s made?

We don’t send design previews for standard name pieces. But if you want something more complex or unique, we’re happy to chat on WhatsApp and show you some sketches or options before starting.

🔹 Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, if you’re a business or want to place a large order (for weddings, events, etc.), contact us directly and we’ll create a custom quote.
